SME Development Fund (SDF) was launched in 2001 to provide financial support to non-profit-distributing organisations to implement projects which aim at enhancing the competitiveness of Hong Kong small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in general or in specific sectors. It has ceased to receive application since 1 October 2018.
